Transportation fee of 900 INR will be charged on the client as an one time charge during delivery. No return transportation for BBSR city. In case of outskirts of BBSR or Cuttack, return transportation of 1200 INR will also be charged.
If lifting and shifting is required, an extra amount will be charged based on the items.

Two months security deposit of monthly rent. Deposit is fully refundable if no physical/external damage at the time of return and the agreement tenure completed.
Rent payment to be made before 5th of next month. Payment can be be done via GPay, PayTM or NEFT/IMPS. e-Receipt will be emailed.
A one month prior notice to be provided by the client for discontinuity. If due notice not provided, rent will be deducted from the security deposit amount
